But, I did add a ‘cost of war’ widget to the sidebar. Now that the Bush administration’s new National Intelligence Estimate on Iraq concluded that America faces greater danger of terrorist attacks precisely because of the invasion of Iraq and its bloody aftermath, its only fitting to know exactly how much this “security” is costing us.

BMW’s Polish sensation Robert Kubica
admitted he was “really surprised” to find himself on the podium in just his third Formula 1 race at Monza
on Sunday.
This was the highest finish by an Polish driver in Formula 1. Kubica started 7′th and finished 3′rd behind Kimi
and Schumacher.
Even though Kubica took over for Jacques Villeneuve
, one of two North American drivers, its good to see some young blood in the BMW seat and a great result.

3/4’s of Mono at the Bowery Ballroom. Also saw Fridge after seeing Adem about a week earlier at Joe’s Pub. Thanks to this guy for the photo.
Twins @ Yankee Stadium
September 2, 2006 at 2:20 am | In Mobog | Leave a CommentMade my first trip to Yankee Stadium to see the Minnesota Twins(my team) and Carol Silva get their butts kicked by Cory ‘freakin’ Lidle 8-1 in the rain. The best part is no bags of any kind are allowed in the stadium, so you have to go to bowling alley across the street and pay $5 to have them store it for you. Of course, I did bring my camera, but left it in my bag, so this camera phone shot will have to do.
