Also, I picked up the latest Sony Walkman phone with 2mp camera for $67 out the door. Thanks IBM discount! I’ll write a review and have more pictures once I actually get it.

December 20, 2006 at 9:48 am | In general daily stuff | Leave a CommentIn the new year, I’m going to try to make an effort to be interested in writing here. I know no one is reading this, but its a nice archive for myself. I really want to write about politics because thats mostly what I read about, but I’m afraid a prospective job hire might read this and be scared off. I’ve been watching Keith Olberman’s Countdown show on MSNBC every night and if you haven’t seen it yet, you should. The elements of politics and satire make it far more interesting than the Daily Show or Colbert. Of course they have an hour and no Hollywood guests, so they can spend a little more time delving into the substance of a story.
I’m also looking at new phones. Once I get a 2mp+ camera phone I can actually post interesting things here. I think that will get me excited?
Off to CA for a quick trip.

Dan Zanes video shoot
October 23, 2006 at 11:34 am | In general daily stuff | Leave a CommentDan Zanes was shooting a video for what I’m guessing is a new song about Christmas in Brooklyn. It was quite a trip to hear sheep going ‘baa!’ out the window of my apartment in the middle of densely populated Brooklyn.
Some of the pictures turned out a bid dark and unfortunately it started to rain very heavily. Hopefully, they got the shots they needed for the video.
